Refund Policy

Please note: we are suppliers of second hand clothing, our A, A+ products  and cream are hand checked twice for quality to ensure there are no defects, unfortunately as we are supplying second hand products so it is inevitable that up to 10% of slight defects may slip through the net which we can not be accountable for. 

Please be rest assured that we strive to ensure the best quality products.  We pride ourselves on how we sort through our stock. Our stock is carefully hand checked initially by our sorting team and then rechecked by our packing department again before your goods are sent out. So this is why we state there should be no more than 10% defects that get through the net and it would be impossible for the stock all to be unsuitable due to the high level of checks we do. Also note that we strident rules what we purchase and what we accept when buying so once it has been sorted we therefore say that there should be a low percentage of unsuitable stocks sent to our customers.

We cannot guarantee exact garment styles and sizes,  Please note we will not accept returns on the basis that you don't like the style, size, materials, colour, labels, trends etc..  Please be aware that you are buying second hand mixed parcels so you will receive a varied selection.  However we will always do our best to meet your requirements.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for B & C grade products.

If you do feel you need to return an item to us, you must inform us, in writing, within 24 hours of receiving your items. This will then need to be posted back to us: H&O Recycling Limited, Unit 13 Penmaen Industrial Estate, Blackwood NP12 2DQ  within 7 days. Once we have received your items and inspected the defaults, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note our returns are discretionary of management i.e. if we feel its unjustified we will not accept it. Therefore we do stress these are USED clothing.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
